When we hired our first official full time remote freelance recruiter. Our founder had a plan for a lifestyle solopreneur venture… How times can change in one year. Unfortunately, the hire didn’t work out long term but still a milestone and thankful for his contribution towards the Company.

DevologyX was born, free access to the EU market with remote infrastructure & our new office in Tallinn with the sole intention to build a global brand for scale.

We decided to also scale our operations in East Africa, Uganda. Therefore creating an offshore entity supporting our European operations. Moving from Co-working spaces to Cafes; A truly sensational year & a lot of fun…
DevologyX Uganda was born and we moved into our brand new 150sqm custom made office in Kampala, Uganda to complement our Tallinn office. The start of a beautiful journey…
