In my current role as a Tech Talent Sourcer – Analyst at DevologyX, I leverage my hands-on background ins Cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, networking, and IT hardware support gained from World Vision, Broadcast Engineering Limited, Simba Fibre, and PC World Uganda to effectively identify, evaluate, and engage technical talent. Having worked directly with enterprise systems, networks, and IT environments, I possess a strong practical understanding of technical roles, tools, and workflows, enabling me to accurately assess developer, DevOps, cloud, and engineering profiles. This technical foundation allows me to bridge the gap between global hiring needs and skilled talent, contributing to ethical, data-driven, and modern tech talent acquisition for startups, SMEs, and global brands across Europe.
